December 12, 2020.. NOTE: If your not interested in your rights and liberty, this information is not for you. If your happy with the way the country is going, don’t waste your time here.
Is it time YET to do something about it? Or do you wish to continue to sit idle why the country goes down? It really is up to each and every one of us as to what kind of country we want to live in. What kind of life we want to leave for our Children and Grand children.
This Must Be Understood FIRST
The Constitution is the LAW of the United States of American and of each State within the USA. Nothing is above it. Nothing.
IF — all of our elected officials worked within the Constitution in which they took a oath to uphold we would not be where we are today. But they DON’T. ….. and why is that?
The truth is — because — for decades, we the people have not held them accountable.
Do you think many of them even read the Constitution? Do you think many of them understand it if they did read it? Do you think many of them care about it even if they understand it?
I don’t know the answers to those questions but what is obvious is that a great many of them ignore it because they can. And I am not just talking about our politicians in Washington. Take a look around you. What are your city, county and state “Elected” officials doing? How about your Sheriff, your commissioners, your County Attorney, your Legislature, your Governor, your states representatives (Senators and Congressperson.)
DO THEY REMEMBER — THEY WORK FOR YOU?
DO YOU REMEMBER — THEY WORK FOR YOU?
Is it time to Remind Them?
A lot of people want to do “”something”” but they don’t know what to do or where to start. It becomes frustrating and we become angry. But frustration and anger doesn’t change much. If your one of these people then you might find the following information helpful. We must be armed with the right information and then give that to the right people. We must start where we can do the most good.
It can be overwhelming when we consider all the corruption going on everywhere. Sometimes it seems too much and we don’t know what we can do about it. Well, we are we going to tackle the whole mess at once.
We can start where we are. WE START with our very own local elected officials. Our Sheriff, our commissioners, our County Attorney, our Legislature, and our Governor.
There are many ways to work towards getting them back on track. Watch what they are doing. Attend your City and/or County Commissioners Meetings. Get a feel for how they are doing their job. Are they representing YOU and ME? We elected them and we are responsible for holding their feet to the fire. We have a right to DEMAND they listen to us.
When you are armed with information USE IT.
An example: Is your right to dignity being violated? Forcing you to wear a mask anywhere for any reason could be a violation of this right. Let them know: THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF MONTANA.. ARTICLE II. DECLARATION OF RIGHTS, Part II. DECLARATION OF RIGHTS, Individual Dignity— Section 4. Individual dignity. The dignity of the human being is inviolable. No person shall be denied the equal protection of the laws. Neither the state nor any person, firm, corporation, or institution shall discriminate against any person in the exercise of his civil or political rights on account of race, color, sex, culture, social origin or condition, or political or religious ideas.
Are you being discriminated against? If so, let them know: Discrimination Law and Legal Definition: Discrimination refers to the treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit. Discrimination can be the effect of some law or established practice that confers privileges on a certain class or denies privileges to a certain class because of race, age, sex, nationality, religion, or handicap.
A public health emergency does not give Governors and other public officials carte blanche to disregard the Constitution for as long as the medical problem persists. Simply put, there is no pandemic exception to the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights. “We have a duty to defend the Constitution, and even a public health emergency does not absolve us of that responsibility.” JUSTICE ALITO
You will find a lot more of this kind of information within the links I have put down below (Forms, Notices and Affidavits)
What Can I do?
1. In order to stand up for our rights we must understand that FIRST and FOREMOST, the Constitution is the LAW of the United States of American and of each State within the USA.
2. Next, we need to understand what our rights are. If you understand what your rights are it will help you stand up for them. I am not going to spoon feed you the constitution. But I am going to give you the tools to fill your mind with everything you need to know.
The John Birch Society has the best videos I have ever found when it comes to explaining our Bill of Rights and the Constitution. And .. they are not boring. Here are the links:
A deeper understanding of the Bill of Rights https://jbs.org/constitution/bill-of-rights/
A deeper understanding of the Constitution https://jbs.org/constitution/video/
READ your STATE Constitution. You can find it online or you can order a FREE copy or several copies from Hillsdale College. They don’t even charge you shipping. Choose your state and order some.. Give some to friends. Here is the link: http://lp.hillsdale.edu/free-pocket-constitution
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
The US Constitution and State Constitutions have “annotations”. What is an annotation? The act or process of furnishing critical commentary or explanatory notes………. There are a lot of them and they are important.
An example from the Montana Code Annotated:
Title 50: Health And Safety. Chapter 1, Administration of Public Health Laws…. 50-1-105. Policy — Purpose. (1) It is the policy of the state of Montana that the health of the public be protected and promoted to the extent practicable through the public health system while respecting individual rights to dignity, privacy and nondiscrimination.
3. We need to defend our Rights…
The absolute best suggestion I can offer you is to join
There are no costs involved with becoming a member of People’s Rights.
Their website is loaded with information explaining the organization and about your rights.
So… What is People’s Rights? A Statement on their website says:
Uniting people to assist each other in defending rights is the purpose of People’s Rights.
Please be sure to visit and join https://www.peoplesrights.org/
Personally, I am not a “joiner”. I am not big on group things either. But I will tell you.. This is the exception. People’s Rights are all over the US. I believe there are 40,000 members and more joining every day. This is growing fast for the short time it’s been around. You will find it very unique.
If your in Montana here is the MAP of the various districts.
Warning: Do not ever post the website link to People’s Rights on facebook. It is banned and you might be also if you do it. You can find groups cropping up on MEWE
Forms, Notices and Affidavits
If you want to be armed when confronted about masks and other mandates then following are links to a couple of websites that have a great many forms, notices to serve and affidavits — along with a lot of information to help you stand up for your rights in places of business. You can download and print them out for FREE. The Healthy American is updated daily and loaded with articles, videos and forms.

THE HEALTHY AMERICAN (you will love it) https://www.thehealthyamerican.org/
ADDITIONALLY: It is important to understand the role of your Sheriff .. Keep a close eye on him or her. Don’t be afraid to contact them either. (( THE DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES OF THE SHERIFF CANNOT BE DIMINISHED by those in the legislature and courts. When it comes to enforcing the Law, which is to say enforcing the Constitution for the United States of America, the Sheriff, being the “Chief Law Enforcement Officer”, answers to We the People; no one else, not even the Governor))
